When asked about Payton's work ethic, Mike Malone said, "Payton joined JEO working as an intern in our Topeka office. We are fortunate that she was interested in staying with JEO and locating in our Grand Island, NE office. Payton is a valuable asset to our team and consistently demonstrates a great work ethic and strong design skills, and is a team member who contributes at a high level—whatever the task may be."
