COVID-19 Update

3/18/2020

To our clients, partners, and colleagues,

As a society, we find ourselves in uncharted waters. Circumstances are changing on a daily – sometimes hourly – basis, and we wanted to share how JEO Consulting Group is responding to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and what you can expect from us in the weeks to come.

As a firm, we’re adhering to the recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state leaders. Our goal is not only to meet minimum expectations, but to anticipate future restrictions and proactively prepare for them.  The JEO response has included cancelling our participation in conferences and large-scale events; requiring staff that have travelled recently to high-risk areas to work from home; increasing workplace sanitation and encouraging heightened personal hygiene practices; and actively encouraging staff to work remotely.

In addition to these minimum expectations, other actions being taken include ensuring our IT infrastructure can withstand a significant increase in remote workers; allowing staff to work nontraditional hours to meet their childcare needs; and looking at alternative and innovative ways to address project-related challenges that may result from social distancing and limitations placed on gatherings.

What can you expect from us? Know that JEO remains committed to providing the services that you rely on and trust. We’ve implemented a business continuity strategy that will allow us to minimize risk to our employees yet continue providing services, meeting deadlines, and supporting you. You may experience an increase in virtual meetings rather than in-person meetings. We may ask to submit items electronically rather than physically. We may suggest virtual townhall meetings rather than traditional meetings. Most importantly, we will keep meeting your expectations and delivering on your projects.

As we navigate these uncertain times, we will keep you informed about our plans to serve you and any project-specific concerns. We remain committed to providing excellent service throughout this pandemic.

We wish you and yours good health, patience, and perseverance.

Sincerely,

Rob Brigham
CEO, JEO Consulting Group, Inc.
