Welcome Megan Thom, Our New Chief Human Resources Officer
We’re excited to share that Megan Thom, SHRM-SCP, PHR, has joined JEO as our Chief Human Resources Officer.
Megan brings over 15 years of experience leading human resources across the financial services and insurance sectors. She has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, leading organizational transformation, and aligning people strategies with business goals.
“Megan’s strategic mindset, deep HR expertise, and ability to lead through transformation make her the ideal leader to shape our people strategy as we continue to grow,” said Jeff Henson, President of JEO.
In her most recent role as VP of People and Culture at Pathward, a financial services company, Megan led talent strategy and employee relations for over 1,200 employees. She was instrumental in implementing compensation frameworks, guiding divisional reorganizations, and driving successful employee engagement initiatives.
