JEO Welcomes New Traffic & Technology Leader

We are pleased to welcome Brian Willham, PE, PTOE, PTP, to JEO as our new Traffic & Technology (T&T) department leader.

With more than 25 years of experience across a myriad of traffic projects and licensed in eight states, Brian brings a passion for transportation planning, master planning, and safety action planning. He has also led public involvement, education, and collaborative efforts with various types of public agencies.

 “I’m thrilled to have Brian join us,” shares Jason Peek, Director of Operations at JEO. “His deep experience in traffic planning and safety will be a major asset to our clients, and I’m especially excited about the mentorship and leadership he will bring to our team.”

Most recently, Brian led the Traffic and Transportation Planning Community of Practice at HR Green in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He also served as the group manager of the Cedar Rapids traffic engineering team at the firm.

“I’m excited to join JEO’s premiere traffic and transportation planning group,” Brian shared. “I look forward to supporting our team members, challenging us to think big, and identifying opportunities to grow T&T services in Iowa and across the Midwest.”
