Our client satisfaction is the most important aspect of our work. Happy client feedback relies on satisfying project results. Our team understands that you cannot have one without the other, and we let that be a driving force in work product.
The recreation and aquatic department has had the opportunity to work on a large variety of projects ranging from sports facilities to aquatic facilities. Our experience in a multitude of areas has helped us develop a substantial knowledge base useful in keeping our clients informed and educated about the expectations of a project. Knowing and understand differing aspects of projects by pulling resources from the other departments of JEO when needed is also a huge advantage and allows our responsiveness to our clients to be quick and effective.
Another means for producing contented clients is to maintain great communication throughout the entire project process. When clients feel comfortable relating specifics about their needs and know their concerns will be addressed, communication is much more productive. Ultimately, communication is the characteristic of our department that brings about the greatest results.
