Funding is critically important to turning ideas into reality. Despite its importance, quality projects are often delayed - or even cancelled - due to the lack of appropriate funding.

To better serve our clients, JEO has created a department that specializes in identifying funding opportunities and assisting client’s in obtaining project funding.  Terry Meier is the head of this department, and he has extensive experience in this field. He recently joined JEO after more than 15 years with the Southeast Nebraska Development District, where he was responsible for the implementation of all aspects of community betterment initiatives. These initiatives included housing needs assessments, economic impact studies, demographic research, community economic development planning, grant/loan writing and the administration from various local, regional, state and federal resources.
