JEO has named Eric Olson “Employee of the Quarter” for the second quarter of 2017.
Eric is a Senior Engineering Technician on the WRED team in Lincoln. Eric received several spot bonuses for this quarter following numerous acts of kindness, outstanding leadership, and exceeding expectations. What follows are some thoughts shared by his coworkers:
“Eric has taught me that changes happen and even when significant changes happen at 90% you just have to power through them. When Eric had 80-hour work assignments, or when engineers needed something done in a day, I admired the way he handled it and remained cool under pressure. Eric’s willingness, calmness, and positive attitude has always impressed me.”
“Eric is very responsive through the design process and his technical input has been very helpful. On larger scale projects, it is a huge benefit to have somebody with his experience and temperament on the design team.”
“Despite Eric’s workload, he has been more than patient, extremely helpful in teaching me what is required to get projects completed, and has consistently delivered a quality product with deadlines that were borderline unrealistic.”
Please help us thank Eric for all his contributions and for being a fantastic ambassador for JEO’s culture.
