John is a GIS specialist in the hazard mitigation and emergency planning department and started with JEO in August of 2014. John works in JEO’s Lincoln office. He approaches work in a confident manner and communicates timely information to others. His tremendous work ethic and “need to learn and do” attitude drives him to be efficient and provide outstanding services to our clients. He was selected as “Employee of the Quarter” because he took over a recent project that was headed down the wrong path and got it back to where it needed to be all while completing it on schedule. The client was pleased and said the work was “fantastic” and “far exceeded his expectations”. John’s ability to ask questions to learn more about what our clients want, is a large reason for the successful completion on many of his projects.
Outside of JEO, John enjoys camping, fishing, construction/woodworking, music, and reading. He’s a member of the Nebraska GIS/LIS association and is a part of the Young Professionals Group of Lincoln. John also enjoys volunteering for Habitat for Humanity.
Congratulations John! Thank you for your dedication and leadership!
