2016 Q2 Employee of the Quarter

JEO has named Matt Fouts “Employee of the Quarter” for the second quarter of 2016.

Matt is a registered land surveyor in the survey department and has been with JEO for four years. He works in JEO’s Omaha office and has grown from being a survey crew chief to leading a survey team. Matt makes every effort to ensure his team has every opportunity to grow and they look to him for leadership and guidance along the way. Matt’s leadership has spread well beyond just his immediate team; he reaches out to others within and outside the survey department. He is there to help out wherever he can, all while maintaining his heavy workload.

Matt’s personality, leadership skills, communication, and dedication to JEO and his clients embodies what JEO is all about – making JEO a better place.

JEO’s Employee of the Quarter award started in 2006, and is unique in that coworker nominations are the basis of the award. At the close of each quarter, JEO employees can nominate fellow coworkers whom they believe deserve recognition. A selection committee then reviews the nominations and narrows the list of nominees to one name. This quarter, that name was Matt Fouts.

Congratulations Matt! Thank you for your dedication and leadership you bring to JEO!
