February adds three new employees to JEO

Aaron Beauclair, EI, joins JEO’s Water Infrastructure Group as a project engineer in the Lincoln, Nebraska office. Beauclair is sufficient in ArcGIS, InfoMaster, InfoWorks, Telog Instruments software, InfoWater, and AutoCAD. His past experience includes serving as a senior financial analyst, senior quality control engineer, and a civil engineer. Within these positions, he has worked on lift stations, wastewater treatment plants, flow monitoring, among many others. Beauclair earned his Bachelor’s of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Tonia Hopkin, joins JEO’s Water Infrastructure Group as a design technician in the Ankeny, Iowa office. Hopkin is proficient in AutoCAD, Raster Design, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Land Development Desktop. She is also an AutoCAD 2013 certified professional. Her past project experience includes working on water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, water reclamation facilities, booster pump stations, raw water mains, and CSO projects and site plans. She earned her Associate’s degree in drafting design and technology from Okalossa-Walton Community College.

Ryan Halbur, EI, joins JEO’s Transportation Department as a project engineer in the Carroll, Iowa office. He is knowledgeable of AutoCAD Civil 3D and his past experience includes working on land development with grading, storm sewer design, site layout, and stormwater detention design components. He also has worked on projects including electrical and quality control. Halbur earned his Bachelor’s of science degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University.
