2015 Q3 Employee of the Quarter

q3_graphic_smallJEO has named Tim Adams Employee of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2015.

Tim is a project engineer in the environmental department. He started at JEO as an intern in 2008 and was hired full time in 2012. Tim works in JEO’s Lincoln office, where he regularly works on City of Lincoln infrastructure projects, leading the construction management efforts. He’s also an active participant in the AWWA and NWEA organizations.

Tim was selected as employee of the quarter because in the last six months, he has come into his own as an engineer. His drive and energy to ensure client satisfaction has been outstanding. Tim has completed projects with numerous staff within the environmental department, and with each one tremendous feedback on his accomplishments have been received.

In addition to Tim’s City of Lincoln work, he has exceptionally good skills in managing his time and effort to maximize client benefit. He enjoys seeing his work come to fruition through good communication with JEO staff and the contractors that work on his projects.

Tim is a great asset to our department today and I look forward to what he can continue to achieve in the future.

JEO’s Employee of the Quarter award started in 2006, and is unique in that coworker nominations are the basis of the award. At the close of each quarter, JEO employees can nominate fellow coworkers who they believe deserve recognition. A selection committee then reviews the nominations and narrows the list of nominees to one name. This quarter, that name was Tim Adams.

Congratulations Tim! Thank you for your detailed work, passion, and dedication to JEO!
