Brandon Wood joins JEO as a survey technician. Wood was currently working as a permit technician for the City of Seward, Nebraska. At this position, he was responsible for updating and improving AutoCAD, GIS, and Beehive maps of utilities and infrastructure. He also assisted with processing plats, re-plats, and re-zoning applications, among other weekly tasks.
Wood received a bachelor’s of science degree in physics and a bachelor’s of arts degree in chemistry and geography from Concordia University. He’s previously been a presenter at the 2015 Symposium at Concordia University and at the GIS/LIS Nebraska 2015 Symposium. Wood will be working out of JEO’s Lincoln office.
