Becky Tjaden joins JEO as an administrative assistant. She has more than eight years of administrative experience in the engineering field. While at her previous position she offered support to fellow assistants and office managers, assisted with project document assembly, and management of tasks for projects in the bidding process. Her skills include utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
Tjaden has completed classes in computer skills for the workplace, introduction to Microsoft Excel 2007, intermediate administrative assistant, and liberal arts from Des Moines Area Community College. She also completed classes in liberal arts from Kirkwood Community College. She will be working out of JEO’s Ankeny, IA office.
Callen Loveless joins JEO as an IT administrator. He joins JEO with five years of IT experience. Prior to joining JEO, his responsibilities included setting up image deployment solutions for 1,500+ end users across the nation, Microsoft Exchange administration, troubleshooting, computer repair, and management of the IT help desk. His skills include working with Windows and Linux environments, Windows Server setup, and utilizing SourceFire, FireSight, and ConnectWise.
Loveless has completed classes in management of information systems from Central Community College. He has CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, and HDI DST+ certifications. He will be working out of JEO’s Omaha, NE office.
