Tyler has been working at JEO for eight years as and is currently a project engineer in the environmental department. His passion for clients and fellow employees led him to being named Employee of the Quarter.
Tyler was selected because he has exemplified JEO’s culture throughout his career at JEO. Most recently, Tyler worked successfully with the city of Aurora to bring their dreams of a new pool to reality. He has worked on numerous other projects that have all met or exceeded the client’s expectations.
In addition, Tyler plays an active role in his community in Wood River. Involved with Wood River Vision 20/20, Tyler strives to help Wood River become a better city. He has even illustrated how JEO can help Wood River achieve its goals. Tyler is also a church elder, a little league baseball coach, and a member of the American Water Works Association.
JEO’s Employee of the Quarter award started in 2006, and is unique in that coworker nominations are the basis of the award. At the close of each quarter, JEO employees can nominate fellow coworkers who they believe deserve recognition. A selection committee then reviews the nominations and narrows the list of nominees to one name. This quarter, that name was Tyler Doane.
Congratulations, Tyler and thank you for your continuous dedication and hard work at JEO.
